This is to certify that [Name of Government Hospital/Medical College/Institute] has no objection to the participation of its doctors and postgraduate students in the “PACE - PG Academy for Continuous Excellence” ("Educational Initiative") being conducted by Nutricia International Private Limited ("Company") through an online learning platform.

The Institute acknowledges that the Course is intended for educational and professional development purposes and may include online learning modules, assessments, webinars, case discussions, assignments, certification requirements, and other related academic activities.

Accordingly, the Institute hereby conveys it’s no objection for eligible doctors and postgraduate students affiliated with the Institute to:

1. Register for and participate in the Course;
2. Access and use the online platform and related learning resources made available for the Course;
3. Attend educational sessions and complete assessments, assignments, and other academic requirements associated with the Course; and
4. Obtain a certificate of completion from University College London, subject to successful fulfilment of the Quiz and requirements prescribed by the organizer.

The Institute understands and confirms that:

• Participation in the Course is voluntary.
• The Course is being undertaken solely for educational and skill-development purposes.
• This NOC does not create any financial, contractual, employment, partnership, or agency relationship between the Institute and the organizer.
• The Institute shall not be responsible for the administration, content, operation, evaluation, or certification process of the Course.
• Participants shall comply with all applicable institutional policies, service rules, and professional obligations while participating in the Course.

This No Objection Certificate is being issued to facilitate the registration and participation of eligible doctors and postgraduate students from the Institute in the aforesaid Certification Course.

“I confirm that I am authorized to provide this declaration on behalf of my Department/Institute and that the Institute has no objection to the participation of its eligible doctors and postgraduate students in the Certification Course conducted by Nutricia International Private Limited.
